  • Iron - On an empty stomach

  • Zinc - With a meal

  • Vitamin C - With meals

  • Calcium - in between meals or at night

  • Multivitamins & Antioxidants - Anytime.  Take with water.

  • Time-Release Supplements:  With the main meal.

  • Vitamin B Complex - Early in the Morning

  • Magnesium - At night.  (It can cause sleepiness.)
