Before turning to over the counter medications or prescriptions, why not try some Natural Foods as Cure and Solutions to some of the aches and pains you’ve been having. In all likelihood most of them are already in your cabinets or refrigerator.

Arthritis: Fish – Salmon, mackerel, sardines, and tuna, actually prevent arthritis.
Asthma: Onions – Onions ease constriction of the bronchial tubes.

Bladder Infection: Cranberry Juice – Cranberry juice, with it’s high acid content, controls harmful bacteria.
Blood Sugar Imbalance: Broccoli & Peanuts – Broccoli and Peanuts both contain chromium which helps regulate insulin and blood sugar.
Bone Problem: Pineapple – the manganese in pineapple can prevent bone fractures and osteoporosis.
Breast Cancer: Wheat, Bran and Cabbage - maintain estrogen at healthy levels.

Cancer - Potatoes can help prevent cancer and also control high blood pressure and diabetes.
Clogged Arteries: Avocados – Mono~unsaturated fat in avocados lowers cholesterol.
Cold: Garlic – It clears up a stuffy head.
Cough: Red Pepper – A substance that is similar to what’s found in cough syrup is also found in hot red pepper.
Cough & Cold: Licorice
Cough (Homemade Expectorant): 1 Onion, 3 cloves Garlic, Sugar....chop the garlic and onion and put it all in a deep bowl. Cover with sugar and wait about an hour to two hours. A syrup will form. THAT is your expectorant. It works like a CHARM!!!

Diarrhea: Apples – Take an apple and grate it with it’s skin on. Then, let it turn brown and eat it to cure diarrhea.
Diabetes - Potatoes can help control diabetes, high blood pressure and prevent cancer.
