Tranquility Within |

1. Sit somewhere where you’ll be comfortable. |
|
|
|
2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. |
|
|
|
3. In your minds eye, picture yourself in a safe, calm and peaceful place. This is your very own place of Peace and Tranquility so make this place whatever you want it to be. |
|
|
|
4. Make your Picture vivid. Use all of your senses as you experience it. Take notice of where you are and what surrounds you. |
|
|
|
5. Stay in that “place” for as long as you like. This is your space and you can always go back to it. You can always find your place of peace and safety within. |
|
|
|
6. When you’re finished and wish to return to the present moment you simply have to open your eyes. Do this gradually and give yourself time to adjust. |
|
|
|
7. You may be back in your “here and now” but the peace and tranquility that you felt and experienced will be with you for a while. Perhaps it'll be even longer than you’ll consciously realize. |
